Pros

Substantive work, great colleagues, great institution. People care here and the bureaucracy runs much better than other places I've worked. Also, there's comparative flexibility.

Cons

The pay's not great, especially for the education required and overall demands of the job.

Pros

Great benefits including health/dental insurance, 401k matching rates, and Tuition benefits after working one year. Very academic in nature and supportive of future education

Cons

Large institution so bureaucracy is present, change is difficult to implement and inter office communication at times can be challenging and slow work flow
