I'm sorry to hear you felt there was a lot of pressure to sell, as well as there being several rules to follow. We take pride in being one of the best places you'll ever work and hold our business and our employees to a high standard in an effort to create a positive experience for all. This is a constantly-changing business and we understand the pressure that comes along with that. Because of this, we ensure that we have a multitude of resources available for all employees to take advantage of. This includes internal training resources, SharePoint sites, online training programs, and accessible managers and members of Human Resources.
