Cons

Horrible management Leads think they're above the regular workers. If you have a problem to tell to management good luck because they won't do anything to help. Leads are sharing confidential information to their friends. Workers are underpaid cross trained into different positions and are still paid $11 same as what a person who has knowledge in position gets paid. As long as you're brown nosing to them you'll be on their good side.

Benefits, co-workers and product. Brand has a good reputation. Had high hopes when I started, but that changed with this CEO. Can move to other positions within the company and its encouraged.

Cons

Senior management directs teams what to do because they don't trust their teams and are not supportive. Out of room, but they keep hiring. There are desk in the halls, people in closets and in front of bathrooms. People are literally on top of each other, no room, but there is enough money for CEO to get an electric station for his new tesla at the front door. Double standards and the place is run by emotion not business sense.
