Great part-time job for high school or college student. Workaround sports and school schedules.

The pay could be better.

Pros

Requires no experience -- my first job ever. Getting the job was very easy.

Cons

Was immediately working by myself and had no one to help if I was unsure the proper way to do something. Therefore, I ended up doing small things incorrectly, and then not hearing about it until I'd been doing it a week or two and getting sharply criticized. Job is minimum wage. They try to trick you into joining their union, which takes $12 a week out of your already very small pay if a part time, minimum wage worker. Ended up quitting after getting pulled aside and screamed at for a variety of small mistakes I had been making. They were more than happy to spy on employees mistakes through cameras but would never offer to help.
