Good training period, Decent coworkers, HR staff is very friendly, fair amount of independence in workday, workstation is decent size

Cons

System is outdated, management is not very approachable, personal growth, company culture seems to be lacking (people saying they are only there to collect paycheck, discontent between different divisions)
