Cons

-There is no cubicle or divider for each workstation. So if you the the type who got used to having your privacy, then you have to get used to the working with no cubicle or workstation wall dividers -Lacks career growth opportunities on some positions -Feedback are not always welcome

Pros

Very good at sourcing and they have some very talented and good people. They have very good relationships with the sources and aim to keep them whole.

Cons

Difficulties in executing in the current processes in place. Need to evaluate the time required to complete task and give clear direction.
