I've worked in several start-ups with varying degrees of business models. Gigster caught my attention in light of the current shortage of high-end skills across companies in all industries, particularly the High-Tech industry. Some of my previous employers had the problem above making it hard to compete. I joined a year ago and have seen the whole management team replaced which was a great decision. I started under the old managers. The new team seems to be really sharp, experienced and very transparent about what they are doing to take Gigster in a new direction. In our mid-year meeting, sales increased over last year. We have all been invited to a company re-launch meeting in a week, so I'm anxious but excited at what this will look like. We have a really cool solution and customers love it.
