I was immediately excited to work a Glumac because its reputation in the engineering marketplace is son strong. It was exciting to see a company putting so much time and value into sustainable engineering. Doing work that impacts the world in a big way. The CEO, Steve Straus, understands the value of marketing and branding. Very few companies put a marketing budget together and stick to it. I was very impressed with that.

Cons

You would think change at a 300 person firm would go quickly, but it takes a long time to adjust to new direction. IT needs some help updating their approach.
