Great company, but some changes needed

Great people to work along side Old guard is spending time mentoring future leaders Competitive pay Leadership seems to really care about the employees

Cons

Projects are highly visible and fun to work on, but not necessarily technically challenging QC program needs work Leadership seems more focused on the here/now and not strategic planning for the future.
