Commission is split with the entire team rather than individually. Meaning if you are pulling more weight, working more hours, renting out more cars, selling more insurance, and pushing to earn more business, you are compensated the same as someone doing the bare minimum. And in my case, I actually made less than my coworkers hourly yet we were hired at the same time.

Very little pay during the shoulder season, which is a huge chunk of the year...around 3.5-4 months. The incompetence of the people scheduling the deliveries - finding out you are at the wrong address when you try and deliver a vehicle. Waiting for someone to pick you up after delivering a vehicle.
