Ideas were implemented, changed, reimplemented, changed again. Felt like the carpet kept getting pulled out from underneath you at times.

GoCanvas hires incredible people (for are fun to work with) and gives them a lot of autonomy. Because great people do great work, attempting to micromanage them reduces their productivity, thwarts their genius, and generally makes everyone miserable. Favoritism is not at all aligned with our values or our policies! It looks from your review that you are a current employee. I strongly encourage you to reach out to me directly via Slack, or anonymously if you prefer via our engagement platform. Also please know there are open-door policies across the board - our CEO meets regularly with team members to understand their experience and concerns, and our head of people encourages team members to book themselves directly into her calendar. However, if direct conversations aren't your thing we have the anonymous question app that goes directly to the CEO.
