4yI am saddened to read your review. Without any information about your role or tenure, I am left unable to understand your experience or address your concerns. In the absence of information, I can only assume that the experience of working in an agile and dynamic environment that iterates regularly was a poor fit for you. If that is the case, then the practices at the core of our business, such as fail fast, and launch early and iterate, might feel disorganized or unprofessional to you.
I can, hand on heart, say that a people-first approach is very real at GoCanvas. All our leaders are trained in Servant Leadership and attend a monthly leadership academy where we have covered relevant and current topics that help them genuinely put their teams first, such as avoiding burnout, supporting team members through COVID, inclusive leadership, and more.
