I am sorry to hear that your feedback is negative, and can only hope that for the majority of your tenure your experience was positive and that disagreements with a new strategic leader are what has soured your view. We are dedicated to meaningful Diversity and Inclusion, and execute policies that ensure our D&I practices are lived not espoused. We have both genders, people of color, members of the LGBTQ community, and veterans on lour leadership teams, we do not issue an employment offer unless diverse candidates were interviewed in the process, promotions are based on merit alone, and our parental leave program is broadly used and has no impact on promotions. Where I do agree with you is that in some departments/roles career progression is limited. We would love to help all team members grow their careers completely within the GoCanvas team, though sometimes this is not possible. I have no doubt that you wore many hats over your tenure and grew in your career whilst with us. I wish you well in your future career also.
