True "team" sentiment, both company wide and within smaller teams Good benefits, 401k with match Fun atmosphere, company activities

Cons

Hard to stay offline, not always clear paths of escalations in the event that someone is out of office.

Takes care of employees requests when there is a particular individual need Excellent benefits including mature work from home attitude (they actually trust you and honor your requests to take time away from the office when you need it) Unlimited vacation Healthy Team-Oriented environment Transparency about company decisions and changes from upper management Paid parking Subsidized lunches - and great office location for food if you don't take advantage of this In-office kitchen area with snacks, drinks, etc - always fully stocked

None to list, it's really a great place to work!
