Fantastic company with supportive people. It's the type of company where you can ask anyone a question, and people will stop what they are doing to help/guide you. - Very transparent company & flat organization; CEO shares company outlook with the entire company - Works hard to align individual goals with that of the goals of the company - Compensation is great (may be dependent on the department) - Opportunity to Work From Home if you need too (Very family friendly place) - Constantly works to build relationships across the company with outings to baseball games, wineries, museums, and more. - Supportive of department & team outings - Tons of growth opportunities as the company is growing rapidly

Cons

Nothing so far (I opted out of the benefits so I can't speak to them, but they seem to be adding more)

A lot of upside if you're okay with a little chaos

Pros

- Great work/life balance and flexibility - Enthusiastic and authentic company culture - Room to grow professionally - Not a lot of ego - Genuine care for helping customers - Great location if you live in VA - Solid benefits package now that 401k matching, dependent care FSA, and parental leave exist - Going in the right direction from more of a sales-focused org to product first - Huge amount of recognition given to smart people having impact - Tons of opportunity to be involved and be taken seriously

Cons

- Expensive health insurance beyond free plan (which is great for entry-level people; not a legitimate option when you're older) - Definitely lower on the pay scale - Pace and rate of change are not for everybody (not a con for me, but it can be rough on people who need structure and consistency) - People have gotten fired and no one ever talks about it or announces it - There's a lot of "we want your opinion" but when you give it, HR gets defensive - Very white, very male c-suite
