Hey there, thank you for sharing your opinion with the Glassdoor community.
I am troubled to hear of comments like these, because we take inclusion, discrimination and harassment incredibly seriously. We very rarely receive complaints, as our focus is on a respectful and empathetic culture, however on the rare occasions that we do, they are treated seriously, thoroughly investigated and action is taken. We have not received a complaint that reflects your comments.
Further comments like these confound me precisely because concerns do not reflect actions taken, the data we have, or the comments we have received from the people of color on our team. The Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging Advisory Council is a voluntary group open to all team members, the chairperson of that group specifically reached out to people of color to connect with them, gain feedback on ensuring the council feels supportive, safe and inclusive, and to invite their participation.
Additionally, we measure the engagement of our team weekly. We analyze this data regularly to get out ahead of potential challenges our people are facing, and to learn where our intentions and impacts as a company and a HR team do not align, so that we can course correct. Upon reading your comments I ran a fresh analysis of the comments and engagement data in our system. The system allows analysis of the engagement of demographic groups whilst maintaining the anonymity of participants. This analysis showed that our POC team members are more engaged overall than the total team and in particular experience higher levels of ambassadorship, wellness and satisfaction.
Your review suggests that you are still a member of the team. If so, I ask that you reach out to me via our engagement software, if you wish to maintain your anonymity, and leave me a comment so that we can connect and work together. I would like to understand how and why your comments here are so different to the overwhelming experience of our POC and and resolve any challenges. Thank you in advance.
