Pros

The best part about this company is the almost every little step you take to do your job better is rewarded. The Sales and management team have put an extraordinary amount of time into devising a system that rewards you for positive action. At my last job I found (also a call center) i found that my taskings were increased on a monthly/bimonthly basis, and that my pay was actually being decreased!!! Any job is hard if you do it to the employer requested standard, and all companies will steadily raise the bar to increase your performance. However, not all companies compensate you when they raise that bar. The money makes it worth while.

Cons

The only negative aspect is the strict company policies. These are fairly unbending unless you have a valid reason (including evidence) of extenuating circumstances. However, the fact that i get compensated fairly probably has alot to do with the fact that this company will remove undesirable employees like a malignant tumor if it finds you to be lacking in a substantial work or personal ethic. At the end of the day, do your job and you'll do just fine.

Pros

Fair sales goals, great benefits and a very relaxed environment. There is also on site catering on some sites as well.

Cons

The customers are not very tech savvy, I have worked in mortgages in the past and I would gladly take that over this.

Pros

Very fun place to work. Wonderful environment. The environment is professional, but allows you to have a truly great time while you're at work. Very extensive training. The training is months long and they really prepare you for the job you will be doing when you are out on the floor. Great opportunity for advancement, that is if you are meeting their ever so important sales. An evergrowing company. Have constantly been hiring even during the recession. Almost overcrowded.

Cons

Corporate Greed at its finest. So obsessed with sales that they will overlook how long you've been at the company, how much more knowledge you possess over the newbies, and what other qualities one possesses which could benefit the company. Sales matter when it comes to moving up, even if the job you wish to go to has nothing to do with sales(which most don't). Management became increasingly anal about breaks and lunches. There are metrics to make sure you're on the phone a certain amount of time, but it does not matter if you meet or exceed this because they will analyze every lunch/break you take and just LOOK for reasons to write people up. An extreme overemphasis on irrelevant metrics makes moving up very difficult. For as much money as that company makes, the offices are pretty dreadful. They were recently updated, but they are all pretty cramped and dirty.
