Pros

- People: Incredibly smart, creative, kind coworkers that lift each other up and enjoy learning together. - Individual contributors commonly share that their managers are the best they've ever had. (Same here!) - Actual ownership of work and plenty of room for creativity and innovation, which is perfect for self-starters who want to be in charge of their own careers. - Hackathons that are challenging and fun but also productive, with some projects being released to production making a measurable impact only a few months later. - Competitive pay, good benefits (PTO, parental leave are good in practice, not just on paper).

Cons

- Recent organizational shifts and course corrections have been a bit taxing, but those naturally go hand in hand with very ambitious company goals and a pioneering mindset.

Pros

GoFundMe is a place where innovation isn’t just encouraged—it’s expected. Teams are given the autonomy and trust to build, experiment, and ship meaningful products that directly impact people’s lives. The talent density is incredibly high; you’re surrounded by smart, thoughtful, and genuinely kind colleagues who raise the bar while staying collaborative.

Cons

The pace of innovation and frequent prioritization shifts can occasionally lead to ambiguity or require quick pivots. While this is part of staying competitive, it can sometimes make long-term planning more challenging.

Pros

* Mission oriented, everyone who works here is here because they believe in the mission. This is reflected in the work ethics, pace to solve problems and do right by the customers. * Largely autonomous - A healthy blend of top down and bottoms up planning. Leadership is open to new ideas, pushback, and is available to provide clarity. * Open-ness to adopting AI and career development. GFM leadership cares about developing people and invests in tools to help people leverage tools and grow * Lots of market potential. GFM is taking bold bets to innovate in the industry. Good time to a part of the growth story

Cons

* Can feel chaotic at times with lots of moving parts and fast moving teams.
