Pros

I've never had another job where I am continually excited to come to work each day. The GoFundMe team is an amazing group of talented, genuine and passionate individuals that make my time here an absolute pleasure. I like that I am always challenged to learn new skills and think critically about the way we do things. There's just enough structure to keep things organized, yet enough fluidity to keep innovation alive and well. We also have a top notch leadership team that encourages everyone to deliver their best, set goals and reach their potential. I couldn't ask for a more satisfying mission or work environment.

Cons

It's a young startup, so it's not always smooth sailing. The only way to thrive here is to be adaptable and quick on your feet. There's always room for improvement in the way things are done, but I think the company has done a great job embracing that mentality, handling the growing pains and encouraging open communication. Of course, as long as you can handle that, this also means there are endless opportunities for growth.

Pros

I truly enjoy coming to work every day for the following reasons: 1) My work contributes to a greater purpose. GoFundMe is helping people change their lives and I'm fortunate enough to see this impact every day. The Happiness team interacts with our users all day, and I'm constantly humbled and inspired by their stories. I couldn't ask for more in a workplace. 2) Our company culture is really something special. The team is filled with hard-working, creative, intelligent people that also happen to be really hilarious and sometimes make work feel more like play. 3) There's a big focus here on personal and professional development. To say I've learned a lot in my time here would be a huge understatement.

Cons

We're growing fast! This can sometimes mean things get chaotic or stressful. It is definitely not easy or slow-paced, however I don't think I could last long in a job that was.

Pros

To say I love working at GoFundMe would be an understatement... and now that we have that cliche line out of the way, let me tell you what's up. Everyday I am excited to come to work. I spend 40+ hours a week with some of the smartest and most passionate people I have ever met in my life. There is a company-wide focus on teamwork, personal growth, and keeping things enjoyable. I have never been with a company that cares so much about its customers and employees.

Cons

I can't think of any to list. We all communicate well with each other, so our problems get addressed and worked out.
