Pros

On the right team, in the right practice area, there may be an opportunity to take ownership of your work and learn a lot as a young attorney.

Cons

Overall lack of support and training from supervising attorneys, since they only care about the bottom line, they clearly do not care about developing associates. Partners have no interest in training or being mentors, they’re only focused on themselves and their bottom line. Although the firm is technically a Vault firm, the sheer size and constant addition of new partners is the only reason it is there, it has nothing to do with quality of work or attorneys. They also pay nothing. HR is also incompetent and the benefits are a joke.
