      Pros

      Great people at the plant level. Good company branding. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Open atmosphere in the HQ is a nightmare to work at. Not enough "huddle rooms" for conversations that are sensitive to the business. Management does not empower the employees. Promotions seem to be limited to those who are political.

      Pros

      Pay is pretty good, benefits are a little above average and mobility is good. Very safe plant for what it is.

      Cons

      Unethical, people aren't reporting numbers correctly to hide having to do something. They also try and push issues off to other departments. They don't use logical reasoning to reach conclusions. There is no work/life balance, even when you devote all your time to work it's still not enough. Very negative environment & a lot of gossip. It is a union plant and they know the system better than anyone. You will basically be held hostage at this place.
