      Lots of bait & switch

      Pros

      Work from home is a plus. Lower level managers are generally hard working & in the trenches with you.

      Cons

      Biased middle/upper managers, benefits, they work hard to lowball pay for most except their favorites including their own family members.

      Lackluster and unorganized

      Paychecks at least came on time.

      Cons

      Unprofessional and disorganized. This is the only job that I've heard managers yelling at each other and belittling people under them on a regular basis. I should have listened to the Glassdoor reviews...

      You're just a number and they leave you alone.

      Cons

      Poor leadership, poor talent, poor health and benefits. Max PTO accrual and rollover depends on years of service, first 5 years is 120 hrs and is slightly increased after that, note the word "slightly". 401K not vested on day 1, need 3 years to be fully vested and the 401k matching isn't any better. I am on the high deductible health plan and I'm paying for EVERYTHING. I don't need them to give me $40 a paycheck for my HSA because they are deducting that from their taxes, I prefer better health insurance benefits because the current options are horrible. Just don't have poor health if you work here.
