Pros

-Strong core of a company. -Good supplier relationships to work with. -Working remote offers flexibility. -Benefits are solid for medical and dental. -Training is ongoing -Resources to find solutions are abundant

Cons

-Overall Culture doesn’t reflect locally -pay doesn’t keep up with cost of living -“if you get more sales, you get more commissions payout” response to needing more in base pay to live and keep up with inflation. - no recognition given unless you’re doing something amazing to bring in sales - guilted into participating in giving gifts to your boss for bdays/Christmas/boss day etc. -VPs are out of touch with accounts and end users needs. - Management does nothing to promote growth or help individuals recognize their strengths to move into new roles in the company. - no knowledge of career path options available or how to grow your career in company.

Pros

Good pay. Some decent leadership.

Cons

Used to be treated like an IT group, then became call center when mgr changed. No advancement... WFH hung in balance constantly.
