Pros

Monday through Friday work week, Expansive product offerings

Cons

Customer service is not at the core of the business model. Mediocre customer service is the norm and management is ok with this approach.

Pros

Good pay across AMs, uncapped commissions, good benefits, profit sharing USED to be good before they minimized the payout in 2016.

Cons

Currently laying off multiple departments. Constantly changing their "approach to our customers", yet not sticking with anything or having a plan. Leadership (Deb) needs to go. Salesforce has created a micromanagement environment. If people aren't getting laid off, they are quickly jumping ship.

Pros

Good leverage with manufacturers and supply chain.

Cons

To many layers of Sales Mgmt, Directors, Ops Mgrs and Product Mgmt bogging down sales force with margin demands, low commission incentive and constantly changing goals. Goal setting is broken and now Profit Sharing has been cut by 75%. Most top sales talent have left and company seems ok with that. Cannot micro manage and expect best given to customers everyday.
