Pros

The idea of the position is amazing but is easily overlooked by the constant turnover

Cons

-Underpaid -Owner takes employee earned spiffs -Micromanaged over talk time (even if over-performing) -Raising your goal to unobtainable levels (if you don't hit your target you do not get ANY commission) -Want a raise? Forget about it, One employee was taken advantage of and was not given a raise in the 5+ years they were employed there

Pros

Good co workers that are friendly and down to earth.

Cons

First of all they are NOT A EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER! They do not have an elevator in their office or a wheelchair accessible entrance! The new office is a Wherehouse/storage facility. The offices are upstairs and I was forced to work in 30゚ freezing weather for multiple hours in the morning for several days. The office is super sketchy. The owner is never around!!! This was a new position for me. All was going well until the owner offered for me to go shoot guns with clients that were coming into town on his property hours away from the office. Guns make me feel extremely uncomfortable and I said I would be there but only if absolutely necessary. The very next day I arrived at work and was told by my manager that it was not a good fit and that I was being let go. It only gets more strange from here! I knew this was a result from me not accepting the invitation to go shooting. My clients were given to a male colleague. It felt like a sexist environment at this point. They fired me but wanted me to stay working for them for another month.... this was an extremely uncomfortable environment at this point and when I voiced this fact I was asked to leave. They completely lied to unemployment telling them I failed training tests and that I was a bad employee. If you work her document EVERYTHING! Worst work experience of my life! They lie and cheat clients out of services that the manufacturers already provide them.

Thank you for the feedback! We are incredibly proud of our new Benbrook office and we’ve invested a lot of time and effort in order to make it comfortable for our teams. This is a very exciting time for Guardian Network Solutions and we have more great things to come in the future as we keep getting better. Regarding your specific feedback on your experience – we do expect our employees to walk up and down the stairs in the front of the office, pass all required training courses, and ask them to be a valuable member of the team that is willing to help out their teammates – regardless if they are male or female. Being native Texans and Americans in general we do appreciate the right to bear arms and you are still more than welcome to go shooting with us if your comfort level changes in the future! Thank you for all that you do.

Pros

As long as you’re ready to put in the work this place is for you. For a sales floor, it has a really nice environment. Management is hands off - as long as you’re doing your work.

Cons

Sales job, dialing , the basics to phone sales.
