Company has a diverse portfolio, good variety of hospitality contracts.

Cons

Company has lost value of integrity and has lack of recognition of employees — was more sincere, respectful and inclusive under previous CEO Gerry Gabrys; Nico Foris fakes interest and only cares about bottom line; his selection of top tier senior management reflects lack of core values the company was known for.

The water was very pretty

Cons

Management was awful. No training. No real direction. Texts about daily schedule changes sent after you got there that sent you home with no hours that day. I arrived on time every day and had to wait for a "manager" to even show up so I could get to the time clock. When issues do arise they bury their heads and wait for it to go away.
