There was a good work life balance.

Cons

There was a very high turnover ratio. It seemed like it mattered who you were friends with more than how you performed. Probably not a good place to start your career.

Friendly staff Good work life balance Work can be interesting/meaningful if you put in effort Good salaries - yearly cost of living raises at the least Professional development Good HR w/ good health care for a medium company

Cons

Medium sized company and limited profit margins from government work, so bonuses and perks are small Niche of moveable bridges is small, and other work is less interesting Not much room at the top Support roles underutilized- so engineers do more than just engineering
