      Not much here except for some decent individuals that truly know how to do their job.

      Cons

      Very limited opportunity to get promoted. Very selective and buddy to buddy. Senior engineers do not know how to bring up junior engineers.

      We haven't had an EE in Annapolis Office depart in many years, so I am unsure of your tenure. Wish we would have known your feelings along the way so we could have ensured you had a Sr. EE mentor. We are pretty proud of our mentor program and believe that it helps engage junior staff. As a former intern and junior staff member, mentorship and internal promotion are very important to me. We wish you the best in future endeavors. (SB)

      Pros

      Hardesty is a good company to work for. The company is constantly growing and have its hands in many projects, meaning there's always something to do and something to learn. People are very nice and there's even fun activities at times to get to know each other. Hardesty can become a really fast pace place at times, but it will always be a relax environment to work in. Just remember do not be afraid to ask any question everyone is willing help, especially managers. Compensation is competitive and benefits are decent.
