The people I worked with were amazing. I had senior tax advisors in my office that were there for over 25 years! The district employees were more than willing to help out with anything I needed and aid in teaching the newer tax pros anything and everything.

Cons

Communication and some favoritism was an issue. There was also a high turnover of District Managers making it difficult to know what standards were being set.
