Pros

You receive extensive training and the people are true professionals. I was given all of the tools necessary to be successful.

Cons

There are numerous and quite pointless conference calls and staff meetings. It is very fast paced, and you must be prepared to jump into the fire almost immediately upon opening the doors for the season.

Pros

H&R Block offers an education program that you can not get anywhere else. Your level of experience and education is up to you.

Cons

H&R Block will hire someone without any experience to work in our upper management team and the rest of the team is responsible for training them. I think they should promote from within.

Flexible hours, friendly management and great locations.
