Pros

They are an inclusive culture including gender differences, color, and residency. Though they prefer hybrid, they do allow fully remote. The hours are flexible with an "unlimited" PTO. There is an annual bonus, but it varies based on your level, experience, and performance.

Cons

For promotions, they focus on years of experience and climbing a specific ladder instead of skills and abilities. They have a habit of comparing your progress to others instead how you've improved. Also, for those who are highly skilled, Block moves you around based on their needs. Their health insurance is strange compared to most companies; using individualized deductibles on 2+ people plans.
