Great information system to continue learning Certain level of autonomy if Managers are not visiting Seasonal & hours can be flexible when needed Depending on your area, wonderful managers at multiple levels, who work to visit & connect often

Cons

Can be stressful (especially last few years) as the first point of contact for people’s tax situation Your personal success can be too reliant on other employees at times
