Pros

- Good responsibilities - comfortable autonomy - depending on MTL, comfortable work enviorment - flexibility

Cons

- Shady upper management - NO BENEFITS - seasonal position and they force every employee to take 2 month unpaid furlough minimum. Generally off season is from April - January - No one cares about or spends money on tax office associates - Super disorganized corperate structure - No clear path to promotion - Since the job is seasonal, employees dont take the position seriously - NO work/life balance.
