Learned a lot as I had to because I worked alone.

Cons

Pay was very low. Worked with employees who had poor work ethics. Did the work of 3 people.

Flexible hours, only open four months out of year, something to do in the winter. Provide training once you pass exam

Cons

Do not care about about clients, or tax pros. All they care about is bottom line. Favoritism thrives at Office Manager level and up. If you are liked, then you get hours
