Pros

Great training opportunities, great co-workers. You pick your hours. Excellent job experience and reference. Transfer is very easy. Tax advice and free tax preparation.

Cons

Starting hourly pay is pretty low vs work and administrative responsibilities. Only seasonal work. Extend hours .

Pros

Flexible hours, location preference. Easy work to do everyday. Not much authority above you. Once in a while district manager visits and weekly meeting in his office. Sales driven.

Cons

Very very low salary. Business depreciating every month, boring job. All the tax professional under you are troublemakers because they also dont get enough salaries. No receptionist full time.

Pros

I work for a franchise & the owners are great.

Cons

In following the corporate lead for advertising I feel that not enough is given to targeting local offices.
