There are great people in the field. The field District Managers are horrible - the Regional Managers are liars.

Cons

NO benefits. NO vacation. NO paid time off. Pay terrible. We were told what we would earn in bonuses if specific numbers/goals were met - and NO ONE was paid what was promised. This is theft! There is no excuse for this.

Cons

Can be very fast paced during tax season (Jan-April); Self marketing very important to build your book; Some sales pressure; Clients can misplace anger on tax preparer.
