It is difficult to find non-seasonal with the company. Once the tax season if over, it is also difficult to find a contact.

Pros

Fairly easy work, make a lot of phone calls, assist in meetings, schedule appointments, and keep the companies goals up to date.

Cons

some of the tax professionals can be catty in regards to their work and clients, everyone is always trying to be the #1 tax professional so I've witnessed arguments between the Tax pro's on "stealing" clients and whatnot.
