Bad management of most of the projects Doesn't know how to effectively utilize a resource and working time Some teams have no work some teams are having hectic work More consultants are hired without proper training Ex UST people still expects others employees to work in a client based mentality (slave like for some) These same people are afraid of losing their job if they transfer their knowledge to new joiners Most of the projects are running without a vision for the future.
