Pros

Great learning experience. Class materials are organized. Always something to learn in the first 5 years. No-blame policy on worker's faults.

Cons

Pay is low. Hard to get any hours after tax season. The more years you work, the more you gain the insight of the dark side of office politics.

Pros

The schedule is very flexible, and you can manage your appointments from your computer at home. Almost unlimited free training and phone support.

Cons

Money is not great. You can make more once you build your clientele, but it takes time and it's very seasonal. The benefits are mostly for the year round employees, but almost everyone is considered seasonal.
