Pros

The best reason to work with the company is the talent it attracts-- retired people with years in experience and hard working American needing extra income to supplement their full time jobs

Cons

The challenges is the low hourly pay and the commission system too hard to understand why most people do not get any.

Pros

Supportive co-workers, lots of on-line self study tax courses to learn about many areas of tax preparation. H&R Block permits employees to use H&R Block's formidable software to complete personal tax returns.

Cons

Must be extremely proactive to be allowed to work on any but the most basic client cases.
