Pros
Offer good experience to get another job at a different company. work environment is casual even if in a stressful department. Lower management is good.
Cons
Seasonal Employees have been stripped of almost all benefits. No Health Insurance, No Holiday, Sick, or Vacation pay (apparently not allowed to get sick during 10 month employment). Company spends money to throw launch parties for full time employees but leave the seasonal employees who worked on the project out in the cold. Spent huge amount of money on fitness center only to allow permanent employees to use it (and it is not free). Pay is about 10K below average.
