      Fantastic Experience, Challenging Environment

      Pros

      Came in as a PTP from the tax knowledge assessment and even though I was a first year, I was able to make commission. Also came in at an experience level 3 (on a 1-5 scale) so I had the opportunity to do harder returns.

      Cons

      Can't work on certifications during the tax season, even if the office is slow, but can take other classes online in compass.

      Generally a great work environment, until you have a problem with someone and then a blind eye is turned.

      Cons

      Worked there for five years building my client base only to have a new Office Manager steal clients in my last year.
