I don't want to comment.

most of the time you feel like you are surrounded by college kids. no professionalism at all. managers feels like they are the owners , they can do whatever they want. expect to do donkey work. high employee turnover rate. no commutation facilities are provided by organisation. management is only focused on saving money. sometimes you have to work on weekends as well. no work-life balance. too much politics. if you can survive here i bet you can survive anywhere. worst office infrastructure.(come wearing a helmet, your chair can break anytime ;P) worst coffee machine.
