Pros

The chance to get flexible schedule was definitely a good thing. If you are lucky enough to work in a bigger office, there is always a possibility to seek for help from other tax professionals.

Cons

Low salary, which basically doesn't increase with years of experience. The job overall is very stressful, because you have to deal directly with clients and the price for the service is sky high which puts you under pressure. So it should be better compensated.

Pros

It is a branded company and a fairly secure product. Frontline people and middle management are assets to the company. They take pride.

Cons

Inconsistent business planning. Retail side needs to innovate. Focus on the client experience. Wages not competitive. Employee and customer attrition is high.
