Pros

A lot of training is available

Cons

Very little feedback or mentoring. You must train yourself, and then pray you've learned tax codes correctly as there is little to no feedback or quality control.

Pros

HRB has great access to training materials online and in classes fopr their mployees, you can learn as much as you want for very little cost.

Cons

The work is seasonal, and management won't let anyone get even close to 40 hours per week. They make a big deal out of not poaching another preparer's clients, but it happens all the time.
