Pros

Its easy to find seasonal work at block considering the economy is bad. The hours are very flexible and management is pretty nice. There are definitely worse places with less pay that you could work.

Cons

The hours are sometimes too flexible (as in not enough). Seasonal job. Slow periods are really slow and it gets boring sometimes.

Employee are paid less that other compaines for the same amount of work. All tax professional are required to take 24 hours of classes to work the next tax season unpaid. Hours office is open are always changing. No insurance, 401k nothing.
