Worst Pay Structure In The Industry

My location has great coworkers

Cons

Pay structure is a joke. Hourly pay $1 over minimum wage. They try to sell you on commission, which is equal to your hourly pay. You get paid hourly wages and accrue commission, which you do not get until one month after the season ends. THEN they reduce your commission based on your hours worked and against the revenue you made for the company. Example: 8-hour shift, you had 3 clients. 5 hours without a client reduces your commission. To break even, you need to bring in $800 per 8-hour shift just to satisfy your hourly wage. To make a commission, you should double the revenue per shift. Two weeks left in the season, your calendar gets erased. Any commission you made up to this point is being reduced for not having clients at your desk. Your commission starts disappearing that you can track through the NICE app in AMP. You have to work yourself till you pass out "hoping" to break the commission/hourly trap
