Pros

The amount of opportunities and training available is impeccable. People are great to work with. Once you get good at your job you can make a great living. However getting past the first year is hard for most and they don't get to a sustainable point.

Cons

Everyone basically just gets laid off after the tax season but if you made money like I did you can just retire every year on the beach.

Pros

Good training for those just starting, but once you've earned your stripes and absorbed the knowledge through your hard work, it's not going to hold water anymore, and the management will expect you to bleed time and bring money without any incentive.... just your regular pay or OT.

Cons

Micromanaging Office Managers coming from their DGMs.
