Lack of communication

Pros

They pay for your tax courses.

Cons

Lack of communication on the step by step process while doing your courses and what happens next. No clear instruction on what classes are needed and to be done by when. Quite confusing but also demand you to be on top of things you aren’t aware you’re supposed to be doing.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re happy you found value in our tax courses, and we’re sorry to hear about the challenges with communication during the process. We’re continuously working to improve clarity and support for our associates, and your input helps us do better.

Pros

It's a paycheck if you need one. Typically close to home

Cons

Hours are inconstant and FT doesn't start till late January. Training is all about selling their products, making sure everyone (tax pros) are selling their products. No actual how to run the office.
