Sometimes clients request a particular preparer and some others will accuse you of being unfair. The filing is frequently misfiled under first names or thrown in wherever and some staff will blame you despite multiple people having access to the cabinets. Preparers think it’s beneath them to clean the bathroom and common areas even though they and their clients use it and expect it to be clean. It’s a hierarchy, you’re at the bottom, and some staff will remind you daily. And this is not an exhaustive list.
